Cancellation Policy
The current cancellation framework for shared Sunset, Dinner and individually quoted Private Yacht bookings.

Confirmed shared-cruise bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed departure time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable because seats, meals and transfers have already been reserved.
Private yacht charters
Private charters use the cancellation and payment terms stated in the written offer because the yacht, crew and requested extras are reserved only for your group. Review those terms before approving the reservation.
Weather or operational cancellation
If the operator cancels because sailing is unsafe or the confirmed service cannot operate, the team will offer a suitable new date or arrange the applicable refund. Light rain or a route adjustment does not automatically mean the cruise is cancelled.
How to cancel
Send the cancellation from the same WhatsApp number used for the booking and include the lead guest name, experience and date. A cancellation is complete after it is acknowledged in writing.
